Install device library for MCC? (twelve12pm)

I downloaded MPLAB Code Configurator v3.16 and installed it into MPLAB X IDE v3.40. Out-of-the-box, it does not support dsPIC33FJ128MC804. So I downloaded PIC24/dsPIC33/PIC32MM Device Library, pic24-dspic33-pic32mm_v1.00.zip, which contains a .jar file. H..
